Summer 2023: EDP Biotech/New Day Diagnostics
Role: Product Management Intern
I conducted thorough pre-acquisition market research, incorporating cost analysis and competitive assessment, for a commercialized blood test designed for colorectal cancer detection. The insights gathered were pivotal in supporting executive decision-making throughout the acquisition process. Subsequently, I presented a comprehensive Go-To-Market Strategy for EDP/New Day Diagnostics. My success was measured by the successful acquisition of the product by the company. Following the merger of EDP Biotech Corporation and NewDay Diagnostics, LLC, I actively contributed to post-merger marketing efforts. This involved swiftly rebranding digital assets, including the website, visual content design, social media management, and outreach initiatives. My role was instrumental in ensuring a seamless integration and effective promotion of the newly merged entities.
