Fall 2023 : Thermo Fisher
My team of 3 MMB students and I collaborated with a leading life sciences organization to analyze the North America/EMEA bioproduction supply chain/pre-production services market. We conducted a thorough competitive analysis, defining competitors, benchmarking capabilities, and identifying industry leaders. Additionally, we performed a SWOT analysis on competitors' cGMP practices, guiding strategic improvement recommendations. Finally, we compiled insights into executive reports for informed supply chain enhancement decisions.

Spring 2023 : Sensal Health
My team of 4 MMB students and I conducted a comprehensive market analysis for Sensal Health, a digital health company in Chapel Hill, focusing on medication adherence. Assessed the market opportunity for their innovative technology concept in the growing and strategic market of multi-medication packaging. Evaluated value for potential customers, analyzed existing competitors and engaged with key opinion leaders (KOLs). Provided analysis and recommendations to Sensal Health to consider for its strategic decision-making. Completed as part of the MMB program at NC State University.

Fall 2022 : Novozymes
My team of 5 MMB students and I conducted market analysis in non-traditional nodes (universities, venture capital, and trade/professional associations) for plant-based and functional foods, identifying key organizations for brand-building and strategic planning to give to Novozymes to increase brand equity. Completed as part of the MMB program at NC State University.
